Goose to Go Sensational quality, perfectly and lovingly prepared. Very easy to prepare and incredibly tasty !! I have never eaten a better goose anywhere. Big compliment!! We stayed with friends in the heath. I would / will definitely get the next goose there, although we have it a little further from Hamburg

Picked up various dishes today. Each dish and ingredient is well portioned and also great for freezing. The portions are really big and it tastes fantastic. The wedding soup is absolutely delicious and we look forward to gradually building up the next servings. Kale also has a 1 with *. Plus happy and friendly service .. just great. We will be back.

Great goose & duck to go !!!!!!. A perfect meal with the simplest instructions, delicious ingredients and beautiful little details. When picking up we always offer the best and friendliest service. Can only be topped on site! 10 stars !!

Small confirmation ceremony. Tables lovingly set. All hygiene measures were observed during this unspeakable corona time. As on the other visits, the food and drinks were extremely tasty and the service was very attentive. Definitely recommendation

Yesterday, after a short break, we went back to the "Eiche" in Ollsen, which over the past few years has become one of our regular restaurants for private and business meals. Yesterday's visit was unfortunately only mediocre. As an aperitif we ordered a Lillet Rose, Aperol Sprizz and Gin and Tonic as well as an apple spritzer for the driver. Apple spritzer and Lillet Rose were ok. The Aperol Sprizz lacked the "sprizz", i.e. the freshness and it was reminiscent of finished goods. The gin and tonic came without a lime, lemon or cucumber slice. As starters then 2 x carpaccio (in the usual good quality), 1 x goat cheese with raspberry dressing (the "gratinated" goat cheese had little sweet islets on the surface and was unfortunately fridge-cold inside, the raspberry dressing excellent. The side dishes / decorations listed on the menu were obviously forgotten or run out) and 1 x the pepper and pepper soup, which was not edible for the customer due to its extraordinary heat. It finally landed with me after a merry-go-round and I was able to give the cold goat cheese a pleasant "hot" kick. As main courses we ordered 2 x Wiener Schnitzel from veal, "the oak runner", with potato sticks and cucumber salad in the usual good quality (at a price of € 24.90 per schnitzel, of course!). Unfortunately the cucumber salad had run out and there was a mixed salad, which was okay. Also 1x roast beef with excellent fried potatoes and for me the so far always very tasty "oak burger with ground beef from the organic farm Kröger, whiskey tomato sauce and sweet potato sticks". What a disappointment. The minced beef patty was, although I ordered it "medium", completely cooked through, dry, crumbly and lukewarm. There was no trace of the whiskey and tomato sauce. But tomatoes and cucumber slices were just as cold as the lower half of the bun. My shy complaint was received by the otherwise very friendly young lady in the service with a slight shrug (I might be exaggerating a bit here) and the comment that she would report it to the kitchen. With that the case was obviously over for you and the kitchen and as a punishment the usual "twitter box" remained closed after paying the bill of approx. 200 € for 4 people. As a bottle of wine, we had a good Scheurebe with the main courses, which after a while in the cooler had an acceptable temperature. The bottle was opened at the table, but tasting before pouring it into the red wine glasses was not part of the service. So all in all, it was not a very smooth evening for my guests and me.

Fantastic place in a quiet, idyllic environment. Great breakfast and a variety of classics for dinner. Spaceous rooms and very friendly customer service, we loved it.

Great service, very friendly and food was delicious. You can still chirp after dinner. A nice custom. Distance fits very hygienically. Also recommended in Corona times. Reservation highly recommended.

The interior smelled very much of the smoke from the fire bowl standing outside. Unfortunately there was no dish on the menu. You could have said yes beforehand. And we had to wait a long time because a large company was served. What can I do for it? The food was still delicious.

Really good traditional and regional food. Wonderful service in a cozy ambient. Absolutely recommend it will eat there again.

As an american was treated great, my air bb suggested this restaurant and did not disappoint with the traditional weekly special was great. My server julian was beyond helpful with my lack of speaking german and the menu. Everything was full explained. Great experience!
